 Royal Visit June 2019

Navigation
On Tuesday June 18th it was a privilege to welcome His Royal Highness the Duke of Gloucester to St Dunstan's. This was part of a private visit to West London in his role as Patron of the Heritage of London Trust. Fr Michael showed the Duke around the church after which he added his signature to the Visitors' Book. He was delighted to see the signature of his late grandmother; Her Majesty Queen Mary. Dr Nicola Stacey who is the Director of the Trust contacted Fr Michael the following day to say how much His Royal Highness had enjoyed his visit to St Dunstan's. Members of the Trust were amazed by the church. After visiting Cranford Park and St Dunstan's, the Duke left to visit the lock-up in the High Street which has been restored under the auspices of the Trust.
